This request for expressions of interest follows the general procurement notice for this project that appeared in Development Business on February 17, 2009. Montenegro has received a loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) in the amount of EUR 11 million equivalents toward the cost of the Land Administration and Management Project and 11 mil. EUR from Government of Montenegro and intends to apply the proceeds of this loan to payments for consulting services for Customer and Social Survey related to the permitting and property registration system in Montenegro, No.: MNE-LAMP-7647-CQ-CS-12-C.8 The service include : research the level of customer satisfaction related to services provided by the Real Estate Administration Department (READ), such as : building /construction permits and inspections, urban and spatial planning, at both the national and municipal levels. The research shall cover the following three target groups in 21 municipalities in Montenegro:
