SERVICIO DE CAPACITACIÓN EN MODALIDAD NO PRESENCIAL Y SEMIPRESENCIAL PARA LOS CURSOS DE CAPACITACIÓN LABORAL VINCULADOS A LOS SECTORES DE COMERCIO, AGROINDUSTRIA Y CONSTRUCCIÓN

La República del Perú ha recibido un préstamo del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo para financiar el costo del Proyecto Mejoramiento y Ampliación de los Servicios del Centro de Empleo para la Inserción Laboral Formal de los Jóvenes en las Regiones de Arequipa, Ica, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Piura, San Martin y en Lima Metropolitana, y se propone utilizar parte de los fondos de este préstamo para efectuar los pagos bajo el Contrato de Préstamo Nº 3547/OC-PE.
El Programa para el Mejoramiento y Ampliación de los Servicios del Centro de Empleo - FORTALECE PERU invita a los Oferentes elegibles a presentar ofertas selladas para el SERVICIO DE CAPACITACIÓN EN MODALIDAD NO PRESENCIAL Y SEMIPRESENCIAL PARA LOS CURSOS DE CAPACITACIÓN LABORAL VINCULADOS A LOS SECTORES DE COMERCIO, AGROINDUSTRIA Y CONSTRUCCIÓN.
La Solicitud de Ofertas (SDO) se efectuará conforme a los procedimientos de Licitación Pública Internacional (LPI) establecidos en la publicación del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo titulada Políticas para la Adquisición de Obras y Bienes financiados por el Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo GN-2349-15 aprobadas en julio de 2019, y está abierta a todos los Oferentes de países elegibles, según se definen en dichas Políticas.

No se otorgará un Margen de Preferencia a contratistas nacionales elegibles. Mayores detalles se proporcionan en el documento de Licitación.

Las ofertas deberán ser enviadas a la dirección indicada abajo a más tardar a las 11:00 horas (hora de Lima-Perú) del 14 de diciembre de 2021. Ofertas electrónicas serán permitidas. Las ofertas que se reciban fuera de plazo serán rechazadas. Las ofertas se abrirán en presencia de los representantes de los Oferentes que deseen asistir en-línea, a las 11:15 horas (hora de Lima-Perú) del 14 de diciembre de 2021. Todas las ofertas deberán estar acompañadas de una Declaración de Mantenimiento de la Oferta.
