The Office of the Senior Presidential Advisor (OSPA) has received funds from the World Bank towards the cost of implementing the Public Sector Reforms for Results Project (PSRRP) in Ghana and intends to apply part of its funds to fund eligible payments under the contract for the supply and installation of a I.T Equipment as follows:

  1. The OSPA invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers with the following valid documents:
    1. Certificate of Registration within the Republic of Ghana,
    2. Certificate of Registration as per the Income Tax Act of Ghana,
    3. Value Added Tax (VAT) Certificate,
    4. Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate,
    5. Valid SSNIT Certificate,
    6. Certificate of registration with the Public Procurement Authority.

Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services July 2016, Revised November 2017 and August 2018, and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Bidders must quote for the complete quantities as stated above. Bidders can bid for one Lot or both Lots.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Project Manager, Public Sector Reform for Results Project, 2nd Floor of the Public Services Commission (PSC) Building, and inspect the bid document from 10:00am to 4:00pm local time from Tuesday, December 14, 2021. 

A complete set of Bid document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders on the submission of a written application and upon the payment of a non-refundable fee of Two Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢200.00).

Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Bid submission. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as indicated in the table above. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the Conference Room of the Public Sector Reform Secretariat, 1st Floor PSC Building, Ministries-Accra, Room No. 113 at 10:00am local time on Thursday, January 14, 2022.

Sealed Bids must be deposited in the Tender Box marked TB - 2 located on the 1st Floor of the PSC Building, Ministries, Accra on or before Friday, January 14, 2022 at 10:00am.
