1.   The Government of Nepal has received a grant from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Nepal's ICT Development Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of the grant to cover eligible payment under the above mentioned contract. International Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB Procurement Guidelines using Two-Stage bidding procedure and is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

2.    The PIU Director, Public Service Commission, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the above mentioned contract.

3.    The total contract duration will be 15 months and the Work comprise of the following:

i.   Hardware: Procurement and Installation of hardware equipment in Central office and all project sites and provide support services

ii.   Software: Development and deployment of custom software for Public Service Recruitment Management System; deploy centralized database for a nationwide Public Service Recruitment Management System

iii.   Network: Procure and Install Local Area Network and Wide Area Network in all project sites for the operation of Public Service Recruitment Management System

iv.   Training: Provide training to users on the operation of system (hardware, software, network)

6.    To purchase the Bidding Document in English, eligible bidders should:

• Pay NPR 5,000 or USD 60 plus USD 70 for mailing or courier. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery of mail or courier.
