The Changzhi City Government in Shanxi Province has obtained for financing in the amount of US$ 2,100,000 from the Globe Environmental Facility (GEF) through World Bank toward the cost of China- Urban Transport Partnership Project (CUTPP) GEF project. It’s toward the cost of following consulting services Component.-- Changzhi Urban Transport Sustainable Development Strategy Planning Project.

The project will include the following components: Changzhi Urban Transport Sustainable Development Strategy Planning Projects, Bus Priority Strategy Planning Projects and Changzhi Urban Traffic Auditing/Monitoring Project.

The Management Center of Changzhi Urban Transport entrusted by Changzhi City Government now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.

A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the World Bank’s Guidelines:
Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers.
