Description
This future contract is for services of an indefinite quantity during a fixed period of time.

Such services may include, but are not limited to, project development studies, disposal studies, financial feasibility studies, special studies, preparation of probable costs for facilities and facilities related projects, Campus and Master Planning, National Environmental Policy Act compliance activities, engineering studies, security assessments, biological lab work at all Bio Safety Levels, MEP work, International Support, e.g., architectural, interior, MEP, fire, laboratory planning, instruction and on-site in-person training as well as global instruction and on-site in-person training and be capable of coordinating multi-language simultaneous translation services (languages TBD), conduct security assessments in accordance with Overseas Security Policy Board Standards, demonstrated experience working with United States Embassy key personnel, demonstrated experience working with the Department of State’s Bureau of Overseas Building Operations, experience traveling internationally including to developing countries.
