3. O período de validade das Propostas será de 90 dias.
4. As Propostas deverão ser entregues no endereço acima mencionado até 5 de Maio de 2022 pelas 10:00 Horas e serão abertas, no mesmo endereço, às 10:10 horas locais, na presença dos Concorrentes que desejarem comparecer.
5. As propostas deverão ser acompanhadas de uma garantia provisória, por lote, nos valores indicados na tabela acima, válida por 120 dias a contar da data da abertura das propostas.
6. O Concurso será regido pelo Regulamento de Contratação de Empreitada de Obras Públicas, Fornecimento de Bens e Prestação de Serviços ao Estado, aprovado pelo Decreto n° 5/2016, de 8 de Março.
