Requested Services:
Qualified construction companies are invited to submit prequalification documents for the implementation of the above-mentioned project. The prequalification comprises the energy efficient reconstruction and modernization of the first 5 school and kindergarten facilities located in the cities of Banja Luka, Gradiska and Sipovo. The construction works cover building and plant installation in the areas of civil, structural and architectural engineering, heating and cooling systems, electrical services (low voltage and extra-low voltage), sanitary services (water supply and sewage) and fire protection services (including fire detection system). The construction contract will be based on the general conditions of FIDIC Red / Pink Book. Compliance with international standards for environment, social, health and safety shall be observed.
