  1. Identificar, sistematizar y analizar las experiencias nacionales de RRR, establecer el estado actual de su desarrollo, y analizar las oportunidades de promover una estrategia de Red de RRR para los refrigerantes HCFC y HFC en el marco de Kigali.
  2. Realizar un estudio de factibilidad para la implementación de centros de RRR en México.
