A Competition for Organizations That Aspire to Be Leaders in Their Communities

Objectives: The 'Circle of Influence' project aims to enhance leadership among local and regional civic society organizations (CSOs) in Ukraine, focusing on community recovery and development. In its two-year implementation, the project seeks to develop leadership skills, provide media and strategic planning support, and facilitate impact initiatives. The first phase will involve training 16 CSOs on effective strategies, while the second phase will offer financial, expert, and media aid to 8 successful CSOs to implement community initiatives. The overall goal is to foster robust partnerships, advocacy, and community networking.
