Objectives: The Regional Program for Local Democracy in the Western Balkans (ReLOaD) aims to strengthen partnerships between local governments and civil society organizations in Bosnia and Herzegovina by fostering a transparent, project-based funding model to address community needs. Funding allocations seek to enhance the social inclusion of marginalized groups, promote cultural heritage, engage youth in active local participation and mobility, and support environmental improvements aligning with municipal development strategies. This initiative aspires to improve service delivery within communities, increase civic participation in decision-making, and promote sustainable projects conducive to local development. The program's efforts are directed towards projects that contribute to one or more municipal strategic priorities, ensuring they address local development goals effectively and transparently.
