KE1 - Data Protection Expert - Expert category II (minimum 90 w/d)

EUROPEAN PROFILES S.A. (GR) is looking for experts for the implementation of the following Framework Contract: "Support to Data Protection in Armenia"

 

Services Location: Armenia

Start date: 23/07/2025

Duration: 12 months

 

Global objective

To ensure a high level of personal data protection and respect of the right to privacy in the Republic of Armenia

 

Specific objectives

• To strengthen the capacity of the national data protection supervisory authority and other relevant stakeholders in enforcing personal data protection in Armenia
• To raise awareness around data protection legislation among policymakers,data subjects, data controllers and data processors and general public.

Expertise

The team composition has to be proposed by the Framework Contractor in the specific offer.

 

The team proposed must provide the following minimum expertise:

• Fluency in oral and written English (at least level 2 on the scale of 1 (excellent to 5 (basic)
• Relevant University Degree as per category of expert
• IT skills relevant for expert task

Assets:

• Fluency in Armenian and/or Russian;

Framework Contractor should favourably consider calling on the expertise available on the local market, whenever possible and in respect of equal treatment of all experts of eligible nationality. The Framework Contractor is expected to reflect the local market fees when the expert is hired on the local market.

 

The Framework Contractor is responsible to ensure that there is interpreting/translation provision (if needed) to enable experts to concentrate on their primary responsibilities.

 

The Contractor must ensure the quality of all outputs. Insufficient quality level of results may lead to deduction of the corresponding amounts due for the given output.
