In this role, you will support day-to-day operations, finance, and administrative activities across MAGENTA’s Corporate Services department. You’ll play a key part in enabling smooth internal operations and supporting teams across regions to deliver high-quality, impactful programmes.

The Finance & Operations Associate will be responsible for the following:
· Acting as a control function to enforce MAGENTA’s processes, policies and procedures driving compliance and value for money within the assigned portfolio.
· Identification and management of project contract risks
· Conducting project financial health and compliance checks and preparing financial reports
· Supporting fundraising, proposal development and business development activities
· Supporting recruitment, onboarding, performance management and offboarding processes
· Undertaking procurement processes in compliance with MAGENTA’s policies, including conducting negotiations with suppliers
· Providing logistics support to project teams, including travel
· Maintaining relevant databases and filing systems
· Supporting in operational requirements of proposal developments including any procurement quotes, administrative proposal forms, or submission requirements
· Relevant Bachelor’s degree;
· 1-3 years professional experience;
· Prior experience in Operations, Administration, Finance, or Procurement preferred;
· Ability to work effectively, respectfully and successfully with governments, clients, partners and other stakeholders in complex settings;
· Excellent written and spoken English plus Spanish or French is mandatory;
· Technological and software fluency, including Office 365 suite,
