Master or equivalent in management, project management, economics, or similar area.
At least 15–20 years of experience in the design and delivery of large-scale capacity-building programs for MSMEs, with a strong focus on the management of digital training programs, including platform-based learning and remote facilitation.
Demonstrated experience in the coordination of mentorship schemes and business advisory services at scale is essential, including the recruitment, induction, supervision, and quality assurance mechanisms and performance management of mentors and advisors.
Experience in reporting to international development agencies and government counterparts is required.
Experience in SSA is preferred; experience in Mozambique is an advantage.
Proven experience coordinating digital training implementation; previous experience in SSA preferred; experience in Mozambique is an advantage.
