WEglobal is expanding its pool of regional and international experts to support ongoing and upcoming EU-funded initiatives linked to Global Gateway priorities across Asia and the Pacific.
We are looking for professionals with relevant regional and thematic experience who can contribute to governance, civil society, communication, stakeholder engagement, public diplomacy, and inclusive development initiatives implemented under EU external cooperation frameworks.
Assignments may involve cooperation with EU institutions, Team Europe partners, public authorities, civil society organisations, media stakeholders, regional organisations, and development partners across Asia and Pacific partner countries.

We welcome professionals with demonstrated experience in governance and institutional support programmes, civil society initiatives, strategic communication projects, donor-funded assignments, or international development cooperation environments.
Experience working within EU-funded programmes or collaborating with international organisations, public institutions, civil society organisations, media stakeholders, or regional initiatives will be considered an advantage.
Strong communication, coordination, reporting, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills are highly valued.
Excellent command of English is required for most assignments.
Additional regional language skills relevant to Asia and Pacific partner countries are considered an asset depending on assignment needs.
Experts may be engaged under short- or long-term assignments depending on project requirements and sector priorities.
