- Organize internal events, town halls, and leadership updates

Qualifications
- University degree in Journalism, media, communication or subject related areas
- Minimum 10 years' experience (Senior) to 5 years (Intermediate) in internal/external communications
- Expertise in employee engagement strategies
- Knowledge of internal communications platforms and technologies
- Change management communications experience
Skills
- Full working proficiency in English, accredited with at least level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (or equivalent) and of the national language of the country where the specialist is required
- Creativity
- Team player
- Organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Very good knowledge of the rules of typography
- Knowledge of printing techniques
- Understanding of the purpose of communication
- Understanding of the working environment and especially the banking sector
- Customer-oriented approach
