SBCC Expert / Framework public services contract for “Communication for Development (C4D) services

Demonstrated experience applying behavioural science, Human-Centred Design, or equivalent methodologies to SBCC strategy design in low-resource, multicultural contexts. (3 points) • Experience designing and implementing Training-of-Trainers programmes and community-level capacity-building activities in communication. (3 points) • Proven ability to design, adapt or supervise the development of communication products in Portuguese and some local Mozambican languages, specifically Emakhuwa (Macua), Echuabo (Chuabo), and Changana, ensuring cultural appropriateness and technical accuracy. (2 points)
