The environmental and social workstream runs through all three phases, from the baseline and diagnostic to the final ESIA and management plans. The assignment is expected to last 7 months, starting in January 2027.

  • Preparing the gender analysis and proposing gender-responsive measures for the hub’s design, operation and employment policies.
  • Contributing the social components of the ESIA, the management plans, the ESMS, contractual clauses and social performance indicators.
  • Working closely with the Resettlement Specialist on consultation with affected communities.
