Consultant Review and Strategic Planning for Conservation Law Enforcement

Objectives: The main objective of this tender is to hire an expert consultant to conduct a comprehensive review and develop a strategic plan for conservation law enforcement in the Eastern Plains Landscape (EPL) in Cambodia. The consultant will be responsible for creating a flexible, generic Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) template that can be adapted for use by other WWF offices, thus enhancing consistency and effectiveness across global conservation law enforcement initiatives. Key tasks include developing a five-year security plan addressing key challenges, gaps, and opportunities, and establishing SOPs for community patrols and information gathering.
