EOI - South Sudan - Develop Project Completion Report for NORMA-SS Project - NORMA-SS

Objectives: The main objective of the tender is to hire an individual consultant who will develop a Project Completion Report (PCR) for the Non-Oil Revenue Mobilization and Accountability Project (NORMA-SS) in South Sudan. The tasks include conducting a comprehensive desk study of relevant project documents, organizing and participating in a virtual mission to gather information, assessing the performance of both the Bank and the Government in the design and management of the project, and identifying key components and activities that influenced the project's outcome. Additionally, the consultant is expected to derive lessons learned and provide recommendations to enhance future project implementation and finalize five PCRs according to the Bank's standard format.
