Terminal Evaluation (Evaluation Analysis) of the Kathmandu Valley Water Authority Water Supply Service Improvement Project and Nepal Water Authority Water Supply Management Capacity Improvement Project in the Republic of Nepal

Objectives: The tender involves the Terminal Evaluation of two key water supply service improvement projects in the Kathmandu Valley and throughout Nepal, both conducted by the Kathmandu Valley Water Authority and the Nepal Water Authority. The primary aim of these evaluations is to analyze the achievements, obstacles, and success levels of the projects nearing completion by 2026. Key objectives include improving GIS-based management, reducing non-revenue water, enhancing water quality and management, and strengthening customer services and training capabilities. Recommendations for future project activities and insights for similar initiatives are also sought as part of this evaluation.
