Objectives: The tender aims for the provision of services regarding professional supervision of works and occupational safety coordination during the design and execution of energy renovation works. These are vital for ensuring functionality in seven multi-apartment buildings across Zadar and Lika-Senj counties. The scope covers the supervision of building work, addressing energy efficiency improvements, and ensuring the buildings meet all regional statutory requirements while ensuring safety protocols during renovation are adhered to. This project not only facilitates building functionality but also supports broader climate and environmental goals, funded under the European Union's Recovery and Resilience Facility, focusing largely on the energy renovation of buildings as part of national efforts to alleviate energy poverty.
