Framework Contract for the Supply of Seeds

Objectives: This tender aims to establish a framework contract with one or more suppliers for the provision of seeds within WHH’s project areas across Madagascar for a duration of one year, with the possibility of renewal. The purpose is to select suppliers capable of delivering seeds and cereals meeting specific quality and production standards, supporting the agricultural components of WHH's development projects throughout specified intervention regions. This arrangement seeks to foster efficient seed distribution and agricultural development that aligns with WHH's objectives of enhancing food security and rural development in collaboration with multiple international donors and local stakeholders.
