Partners in Health is seeking proposals from qualified electrical engineers or registered electrical consultants, Companies, or firms to fully assess and design the rehabilitation/replacement of electrical systems at the J. J. Dossen Hospital and PIH’s Clinical Operation Center (COC)-Pharmacy, Oxygen Plant and Powerhouse in Harper, Maryland County, Liberia.
