Electrical Assessment at JJD Hospital and PIH’s Clinical Operations Center

Eligibility criteria: Eligible applicants for this tender are electrical engineers or registered electrical consultants, companies, or firms who are fully registered entities meeting statutory requirements to execute electrical works. Participants must submit comprehensive administrative, technical, and cost proposals. The administrative proposal should include essential documentation such as business and tax registrations, applicable trade licenses, employee insurance, necessary quality certificates, and a signed conflict of interest declaration. The technical proposal must detail the bidder’s qualifications, referencing past performance, providing a portfolio of similar projects completed, and outlining the methodological approach planned for conducting the assessment. Financial stability should be demonstrated by evidence of past projects, and references from at least three previous assignments must be provided. The cost proposal should delineate unit and total costs in USD for executing the assessment as described in the terms of reference, accompanied by a detailed budget narrative. Eligible organizations should have experience in designing and implementing projects of similar scale and complexity, with a commitment to adhere to all outlined legal, ethical, and administrative requirements. Submissions must be sent by the specified deadline, ensuring they meet the evaluation criteria for administrative, technical, and financial completeness, to be considered for a contract award. Contractual terms and payment structures will be negotiated post-award.
