UNDP-PAN-00643 - Consultoria para Preparación del Informe Nacional

Objectives: The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) seeks a consultant to lead the national readiness assessment for artificial intelligence (AI) in Panama. This consultancy involves using UNESCO's Readiness Assessment Methodology (RAM) to generate robust, inclusive, and context-specific evidence. This will support the creation of a National AI Strategy, regulatory and governance framework, and guide investment in infrastructure, talent development, and strengthening of the national AI ecosystem. The ultimate goal is to inform public policy in Panama with strategic guidance for ethical AI implementation.
