Eligibility criteria: Eligible bidders for this tender must adhere to the Bank's International Competitive Bidding procedures, open to suppliers from eligible countries as per the Inter-American Development Bank's policies. Organizations must have a minimum average annual turnover of at least twice the offer amount over the last three years to demonstrate financial capacity.
