Digital Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning System Development

Objectives: The Fiji Program Support Platform (FPSP) seeks to implement a Digital Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) System to enhance Australia’s bilateral support to Fiji, focusing on key sectors like education, health, disaster response, and governance. The goals include developing a streamlined Management Information System (MIS) to track program progress, prioritize gender equality and disability inclusion, and ensure timely project delivery that supports local supply chains. The MIS must support strategic data use, facilitate decision making, and meet performance priorities through modular design and user-centered development aligned with Fijian government information systems and international standards.
