Development and implementation of the eHRM system for the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan

Objectives: The primary objective of the tender is to develop and implement an Electronic Human Resources Management (eHRM) system for the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) of the Republic of Tajikistan. This system aims to enhance the performance and efficiency of HR processes, integrate seamlessly with the IT products of other public institutions like the Tax Committee and Pension Fund, automate HR processes, and safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of the MoJ employees' personal information. The eHRM is designed to centralize employee data, reduce administrative tasks, improve HR management quality, enhance transparency, and support strategic decision-making by providing timely and accurate information.
