Procurement of catering Service

Objectives: The primary objective of this tender is to enlist a competent and qualified service provider to manage and operate a full-fledged cafeteria within the UNDP Southern Sudan office, located in Juba. The essential aim is to augment the existing limited catering service scope with an extensive array of nutritional meals and beverages suitable for a diverse clientele including UNDP staff and visiting dignitaries from different cultural and national backgrounds. The service provider will be anticipated to prepare and deliver meals five days a week, with conditions applied to cater to special functions at UN premises, enforce rigorous quality and hygiene standards and manage official functions, thus optimizing service delivery for approximately 100 staff and visitors daily. The establishment shall abide by UNDP's regulatory and environmental guidelines while ensuring an attrition-proof partnership. A long-term agreement spanning 12 months and renewable for up to three years upon satisfactory performance is to be executed between UNDP and the chosen entity.
