Consultoría para el diseño e implementación de un programa de conexión con mercados y valor compartido para bionegocios de mujeres en la Amazonía colombiana

Eligibility criteria: Eligible consulting firms must originate from an IDB member country or eligible territory. Members include countries like Argentina, Australia, Canada, Colombia, France, Germany, and the United States, while eligible territories cover regions such as French Guiana and Aruba. Firms should demonstrate extensive experience in markets or bio-economy clusters, especially within the Amazon region, using gender and intercultural approaches to value chain strengthening. The consulting firm must have a multidisciplinary team to support enhancing bio-ingredient value chains, with an emphasis on those led by women. Expertise in implementing programs focused on value chain knowledge and promotion in the bio-economy, particularly in Amazonian contexts, is vital. Capacity to implement methodologies for connecting market players with women-led bio-businesses, involving gender-sensitive and socio-cultural approaches, is expected. Additionally, firms should form consortia to enhance their qualifications, designate a responsible representative, and each consortium member must exhibit experience in at least one required subject. All firms must register on the BEO Procurement Portal and update their Business Partner Number by July 1 to participate. The budget is set at up to 150,000 USD for a 10-month engagement.
