UE/31 Extension of the existing Wide Area Monitoring System (WAMS) by installing equipment at 26 substations of NPC Ukrenergo

Objectives: The tender seeks the extension of the current Wide Area Monitoring System (WAMS) operated by NPC "Ukrenergo". It involves installing additional equipment at 26 substations, aiming to enhance grid monitoring, stability, and real-time observability. The project's scope includes designing the infrastructure, procuring and installing necessary cubicles and cables, integrating existing setup, and commissioning the completed systems. This upgrade seeks to improve dynamic behavior monitoring, increase dispatch personnel's situational awareness, and align with Ukraine's Smart Grid initiatives. The expected outcome is a more reliable and responsive power grid.
