Caritas Czech Republic in Moldova announces a competition for the selection of an economic operator (construction company) to carry out repair works on the sanitary facilities of  the "Alexei Mateevici" Theoretical High School, Căinari town, Căușeni district . The main purpose of the procurement is the renovation and modernization of the sanitary facilities in the educational institution, in order to ensure conditions in accordance with national standards and norms in the field of hygiene and safety.

2. SPECIFIC TASKS AND ACTIVITIES

The selected economic operator will be responsible for carrying out the following works, the full list of works is included in  the TERMS OF REFERENCE :

  • Dismantling and disposal of old equipment
  • Repairs and surface preparation :
    • Replacing or repairing damaged floors and walls.
    • Installation of new tiles and floor tiles in specified areas.
  • Installation of new sanitary equipment :
    • Installation of sinks, faucets, toilets and necessary accessories.
  • Modernization of the electrical and ventilation system :
    • Installation of LED lighting fixtures.
    • Rehabilitation or installation of an adequate ventilation system.
  • Door removal and installation.
  • Final finishing and checks .

All work must be carried out according to the standards in force and within the established deadlines.

3. APPLICATION METHOD:

All bids must be submitted in accordance with the required documents mentioned below:

Detailed technical offer that includes a complete description of the proposed works and the equipment to be used, according to  the specifications .

Competent financial offer (VAT 0), indicating the validity period

Cost breakdown according to the specifications. 

3.  

Extract from the State Register of Legal Entities, Certificate of Enterprise Registration  

Copy, confirmed by applying the signature and holographic stamp or electronic signature.  

4.  

Certificate issued by the State Tax Service regarding the absence of debts to the state budget   

Original or copy, confirmed by applying the signature and holographic stamp or electronic signature.  

5.  

Documents attesting to the company's experience in similar projects (portfolio with the main works executed in the last 2 years of activity). 

Copy, construction contracts, as well as through acceptance reports upon completion of the works or final acceptance reports upon expiration of the warranty period.

6.

Work execution schedule.

Dating the deadline for the execution of the works according to the specifications. 

7.

Statement regarding the specialized personnel and/or specialists proposed for the implementation of the contract.

4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • All bids must be submitted in accordance with the documents mentioned above.
  • Construction works must be completed within a maximum period of 3 months from the signing of the contract.
  • The Contractor shall submit a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the Contract amount, in the form of an official bank guarantee.
  • The selection process will be transparent, and the evaluation of the offers will be carried out by a technical committee formed by representatives of the MD CCR and local partners.
