Caritas Czech Republic in Moldova (CCR MD)

We have been working in Moldova since 2004. Over the years, we implemented 34 development cooperation projects in home and social care, small business development, civil society development, agriculture, livelyhoods support, social inclusion and humanitarian aid.

Presently, our team, together with our colleagues from Prague and numerous experts, in partnership with central and local authorities as well as NGOs and local service providers, implements development cooperation projects aimed at bringing IT solutions closer to the beneficiaries of medical and social services, developing and improving the homecare sector of the country, establishing medico-social centers in Vulcănești, Ocnița and Grigoriopol districts and building a functional waste management system in Criuleni, supporting the deinstitutionalization of adults with disabilities and providing humanitarian assistance to refugees from Ukraine.
