Eligibility criteria: Eligible applicants are organizations submitting as bidders for a UNFPA professional services contract. The documents indicate this is an RFQ for complex services; it is not framed for individual consultants. Joint ventures, consortia and associations are permitted if one lead entity is designated and legally authorized to bind all members jointly and severally through a duly notarized agreement.
Applicants must have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract with UNFPA and to deliver in the country, or through an authorized representative. Any contract award is subject to registration at the appropriate level on UNGM before contract signature, although firms may submit a quotation even if not yet registered.
