• Eligible applicants: Consulting firms only; participation is open to firms from eligible countries under the Inter-American Development Bank consultant selection policies.
• Legal status and presence: Firms must provide evidence of legal incorporation or registration. They must demonstrate capacity to maintain a working presence in Paramaribo for the assignment, through their own establishment, an office arrangement, a joint venture or an association with a local firm.
