1. The Kyrgyz Republic has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Second Health and Social Protection SWAp Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of the basic set of equipment for child and infection control units/hospitals of TH and OMH for emergency care provision(Contract No. G-18).

Description:

Lot 1.Oxygen concentrator, portable pulseoximeter, and electric suction apparatus

Lot 2. Compressor nebulizer, glucometer, otoscope and children's electronic scales

Lot 3. Oxygen nasal prong, aspiration catheters, gastric tube, tonometer with children cuff and Ambu breathing bag with oxygen mask 

2. The Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for supply of the basic set of equipment for child and infection control units/hospitals of TH and OMH for emergency care provision.

3. Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank's Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers published in January 2011, revised July 2014  ("Procurement Guidelines"), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the World Bank's policy on conflict of interest.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from at the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, Procurement Unit, room No. 36 or 42 (New building), third floor, 148, Moskovskaya Street, Bishkek 720040, Kyrgyz Republic.

5. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be received by interested eligible bidders free of charge upon the submission of a written application to the address below. The document will be sent by electronic mail in PDF file, or soft copy may be collected by a bidder's representative from the project office at the address below.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 14:00 (Bishkek time) on 7 October 2016. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders' designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below immediately after the deadline.

7. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security for amount of:
