PROCUREMENT OF CONSULTING SERVICES FOR OUTREACH ACTIVITIES

The MILLENNIUM CHALLENGE COMPACT (the “Compact”) between the United States of America, acting through the Millennium Challenge Corporation (“MCC”), a United States government corporation, and Georgia was signed on July 26, 2013. The $140 million Compact seeks to assist Georgia in addressing a major constraint to economic growth by supporting strategic investments in general education, technical and vocational education and training, and higher education that will strengthen the quality of education with an emphasis on science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) education and skills, in Georgia.
For the implementation of the Compact, the MCA-Georgia now seeks the Qualification Information from eligible Consultants for Procurement of Consulting Services for Outreach Activities.
The objective of the Procurement of Consulting Services for Outreach Activities is to raise awareness of various stakeholders (including Government, business and civil sectors, donors/international community and the public at large) about MCA-Georgia activities and results on the ground. They must emphasize the successful cooperation and long-term partnership between the Governments of the United States of America and Georgia. They will also respond to MCC values in terms of aid effectiveness, human capital development, social and gender inclusion, and other.
Consultants interested in submitting a Qualification Information should register their interest by sending an e-mail with “CQS/02 - Procurement of Consulting Services for Outreach Activities” in the subject line to: nramishvili@mcageorgia.ge and indicating their company’s details.
The RfQI is open to all eligible entities (“Consultants”) who wish to respond. Consultants may only associate with each other in the form of a joint venture or in a sub-consultancy agreement to complement their respective areas of expertise to enhance their capacity to successfully carry out the assignment and so long as any association is otherwise formed in accordance with the terms of the RfQI.
Please be informed that the Consultant for the implementation of the assignment will be selected under Selection Based on Consultants Qualification (CQS) method (Paragraph P1.B.3.7 of the MCC Program Procurement Guidelines available at MCC website www.mcc.gov).
The Qualification Information shall be submitted by COB, November 10th, 2016.
