The United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invites qualified companies/individuals to submit proposals to conduct an Evaluation of the Networks of Mediterranean Youth (NET-MED Youth) Project.

The time schedule for the evaluation is planned between May 2018 – October 2018. The evaluation team leader should possess the following profile:

 At least 15 years of professional experience in designing and leading programme and policy evaluations

 Extensive experience in managing evaluation teams

 Proven advanced knowledge of the international research/studies in the field of youth

 An advanced university degree (PhD preferred) in the field of social sciences, public policy or related field

 Excellent oral communication and writing skills in English

 Excellent communication skills in either French or Arabic

 Knowledge of the UN system and other international organisations

 No previous involvement in the design or implementation of the project under review
