The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) hereby invites suppliers to submit quotations, proposals or bids, as appropriate, for the provision of goods and/or services and/or works, as defined below.

CT and MRI simulation software for educational purposes. Same requirements as indicated in RFQ 127293. Bidding has been extended under the new RFQ number RFQ 127293-3-JB.

Please see below clarifications on the requirements:

1. As indicated in the Technical specification (1. Scope), the software will be used for only educational purposes. It should allow for the simulation of clinical MRI and CT procedures in the classroom settings.The students (RTTs) should be able to understand how the equipment operates, what features are available at the console, what parameters can be modified, select anatomical regions, protocol setup, coil, sequence (in MRI), contrast, etc.

2. Name and location of the site: University of Latvia, Riga, Latvia

3. This is an academic site

4. Only one (1) license per software (CT and MRI) is required

5. The software license will be installed on existing hardware. Bidders please specify the requirements for the hardware

6. No new hardware is required; the service offer is requested for software license only

7. No specific intended CTs/MRIs modules (please see number 1)
