  1. The Kyrgyz Republic has received financial support from the World Bank towards the cost of the Enhancing Resilience in Kyrgyzstan project and intends to apply part of proceeds towards payments under the Contract for Procurement of GPS trakers, Video surviallance cameras and Video conference system. For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing, except for those payments, which the contract provides to be made through letter of credit.
  2. Hereby, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic invites eligible bidders to shall submit their quataions online, through the State electronic procurement system of the Kyrgyz Republic (reference No220211317679149) no later than 12-00 hours on Feb. 21, 2022.
  3. Bidding will be conducted through the local procurement procedures of the Kyrgyz Republic using a Request for Quatations (RFQ) April 2015, revised on August 2021 (“Law on the Public Procurement”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement law.
  4. A complete set of Bidding Documents in Russian languages may be reviewed on the Public Procurement System of the Kyrgyz Republic by the following link http://zakupki.gov.kg/popp/view/order/view.xhtml?id=317679149
  5. Electronic bid must be submitted online by or before 12-00 hours on Feb. 21, 2022. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened by the system online, through the State electronic procurement system.
  6. The bid application shall be submitted with a Bid Security in form of Declaration (from the Standard Bidding Documents of the Kyrgyz Republic).
