The Kyrgyz Republic has received financial support from the World Bank towards the cost of the Additional Funding for Community support project CASA-1000 and intends to apply part of proceeds towards payments under the Contract for Procurement of the medical equipment for Osh, Jalal-Abad & Batken oblasts. For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing, except for those payments, which the contract provides to be made through letter of credit.
The Community Development and Investment Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for supply of electrical equipment:
Lot #1 – Ambulance vehicle #1;
Lot #2 – Ambulance vehicle #2;
Lot #3 – Ultrasound machine of an expert class;
Lot #4 – Ultrasound machine of a high class;
Lot #5 – Portable ultrasound machine;
Lot #6 – Stationary X-ray machine;
Lot #7 – Portable X-ray machine;
Lot #8 – Medical equipment;
Lot #9 – Furniture for Village ambulatories;
Lot #10 – Computer equipment.
Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Community Development and Investment Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic, Mrs. Mambetkulova Asel, CDIA Deputy Executive Director, e-mail: [email protected] (copy to: [email protected], [email protected]) and inspect the bidding document during office hours 09-00 to 18-00 hours at the address given below.
A complete set of Bidding Documents in English and/or Russian languages may be obtained by interested bidders upon the registration/authorization at ARIS website www.aris.kg.
Qualification’s requirements include: The average annual turnover of the bidder for any of the last three years has to be not less than: Lot #1 - USD 140 000 (one hundred forty thousand); Lot #2 - USD 140 000 (one hundred forty thousand); Lot #3 - USD 500 000 (five hundred thousand); Lot #4 - USD 400 000 (four hundred thousand); Lot #5 - USD 22 000 (twenty two thousand); Lot #6 - USD 450 000 (four hundred fifty thousand); Lot #7 - USD 140 000 (one hundred forty thousand); Lot #8 - USD 135 000 (one hundred thirty five thousand); Lot #9 - USD 27 000 (twenty seven thousand) & Lot #10 - USD 8 500 (eight thousand five hundred);The bidder must have successful experience in executing at least two contracts for the supply of similar goods within the last 3 (three) years, which in aggregate equals to the bidder’s bid price.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 16-00 (local time- Bishkek) June 13, 2022. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below at 16-05 (local time – Bishkek) June 13, 2022.
All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in amount of:
Lot #1 – 1 000 (one thousand) US dollars;
Lot #2 – 1 000 (one thousand) US dollars;
Lot #3 – 4 200 (four thousand two hundred) US dollars;
Lot #4 – 3 200 (three thousand two hundred) US dollars;
Lot #5 – 180 (one hundred eighty) US dollars;
Lot #6 – 3 650 (three thousand six hundred fifty) US dollars;
Lot #7 – 1 150 (one thousand one hundred fifty) US dollars;
Lot #8 – 1 100 (one thousand one hundred) US dollars;
Lot #9 – 200 (two hundred) US dollars;
Lot #10 – 70 (seventy) US dollars
or the equivalent of the sum in freely convertible currency;
