Objective and Purpose of the Assignment

A consulting firm (the Consulting Firm) will be recruited under the funds of indicated Project, in line with ADB’s Guidelines on the Use of Consultants (published in 2013, amended from time to time), in order to provide technical assistance to activity of OJSC KESC, which is part of the output of Power Sector Rehabilitation Project. During the term of Project implementation the consultants will support the work and institutional development (development of KESC regulations) so than OJSC KESC could continue to carry out its activity following completion of the contract.
