We offer consultancy advice, training and development services for organisations in and associated with the public sector worldwide and support for governments going through political, constitutional, economic and structural change. Our mission is promoting good governance and good practice in delivering public services.
We are looking for a partner to bid for a Consultancy for Digital Public Services Gaps Analysis in Gambia assignment. The consultancy is expected to last for six (6) months, starting from the contract date.
We are looking for a firm that has the following:
A minimum of ten (10) years experience in digital public service delivery or related analysis at national/government level.
Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing digital public services.
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects related to process automation, digitalization, and/or integration and interoperability of digital services in similar environments and region in the private or public sector.
The primary objective is to conduct a Digital Public Services Gaps Analysis with the following objectives:
1. Conduct a thorough analysis of existing digital public services offered by the government.
2. Identify gaps and deficiencies in the current digital public services offerings.
3. Develop recommendations and strategies for improving the quality, efficiency, and accessibility of existing digital public services.
4. Recommend new digital services for implementation to bridge the gaps identified in the services.
5. Produce a comprehensive report that includes the findings and recommendations.
Scope of Work
Service Gap analysis: Assessment of existing e-services:
The objective of this assessment, and the satisfaction of users and identify recommendations and action plan for their improvement.
Evaluate the accessibility, and usability of the current e-services, and identify areas for improvement within current digital public
services; enhance operations and the user experience to better serve the public, support economic development and ensure
sustainable digital governance.
