About Us

Refugees Life Heroes Organisation (RLHO) is a refugee led organization founded and led by refugees in Kakuma Refugee Camp, Kenya and registered under the government of kenya.

We are dedicated to empowering refugee youth through education, mentorship, and skills development. Our goal is to nurture young leaders who can create positive change in their lives, their communities, and the world.

To create a world where refugees are transformed through education, mentorship, and action — turning challenges into opportunities and fostering the heroes of change.

Current Call for Partnership

Refugees Life Heroes Organisation (RLHO) is seeking partnerships and collaborations with international and local organisations, foundations, government agencies, private sector entities, NGOs, and charities to expand our work in Kakuma Refugee Camp.

Our current focus areas include:

  1. Youth Empowerment and Mentorship Programs – equipping young refugees with life skills, leadership training, and mentorship support.

  2. Skills Development Initiatives – providing vocational and digital skills to promote self-reliance and employment opportunities.

  3. Infrastructure Support – partnering to construct at least four (4) classrooms to help us run our educational and training programs for refugee youth in Kakuma Refugee Camp.

  4. Poverty Reduction and Mental Health Programs – supporting vulnerable youth and families with livelihood skills and psychosocial support to promote well-being and stability.
