Description

We are seeking strategic technical partners to form a consortium for a World Health Organization (WHO) Africa regional assignment focused on the development of an AI-enabled strategic forecasting, resource optimization, and value-for-money platform for health systems.

Blanket Access Health Initiative (BAHI) is a health systems and supply chain strengthening organization with expertise in public health program implementation, data use, and policy-to-implementation alignment. We are positioning to contribute as the health systems and program intelligence lead within a multidisciplinary consortium.

We are inviting collaboration from organizations and experts with strong capabilities in the following areas:

  • Data Science and Predictive Analytics
  • Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
  • Health Financing and Resource Allocation Modelling
  • Economics (Health or Development Economics)
  • Software Engineering (platform and dashboard development)

The scope of the assignment includes development of forecasting models, resource allocation tools, value-for-money analytics, and interactive dashboards to support strategic decision-making across multiple countries in the African region.

We are particularly interested in partners who have:

  • Proven experience in developing analytical platforms, dashboards, or decision-support systems
  • Experience working in global health, public health systems, or development contexts
  • Capacity to contribute to both proposal development and project implementation
  • Experience working with multilateral organizations or large-scale donor-funded programs (an added advantage)

BAHI will contribute expertise in health systems, supply chain analytics, program performance, and country-level implementation insights to ensure the platform is grounded in real-world operational contexts.

We are open to collaboration through joint ventures, consortium arrangements, or subcontracting models.

Interested partners are invited to express interest by sharing a company profile and relevant experience.
