Millennium Challenge Account (MCA-Benin II)
The United States of America, through the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), and the Government of Benin signed a grant agreement on September 9, 2015 for the Millennium Challenge to help reduce poverty in the United States. Benin through strong and sustainable economic growth.The agreement is part of an aid program from the United States of America to which are eligible countries fulfilling certain criteria relating to economic freedom, investment in human capital and the governance.
