Direction Générale des Impôts et des Domaines (DGID)

Under the authority of the Director General of Taxes and Domains, the Directorate General for Taxes and Domains is responsible for all matters:

direct taxes and similar taxes;
indirect taxes and similar taxes other than those payable on imports and exports;
registration, stamp, land advertising and similar taxes;
the domain of the state;
the land organization;
cadastre;
vacant and unmastered or seized property as a result of a general safety measure;

Within this competence, the Directorate General for Taxes and Domains is responsible for:

the preparation of legislative and regulatory texts and international conventions of a fiscal or fiscal nature;
the plate, the liquidation, the collection and the litigation of the taxes and assimilated taxes that are assimilated to them within the limit of its competence;
tax information, the search for omissions, concealments, inadequacies, and generally tax offenses;
the constitution, management and disposition of the State's private real estate within the limits of its powers;
management of the public domain within the limits of its competencies;
the recovery of the products of the domain;
training and development of staff in relation to training schools and specialized institutions;
of verification, control and animation of services.

She holds the chairmanship of the National Accounting Council, as well as the Commissioner of Government with the National Order of Expert Geometers and the National Order of Chartered Accountants and Chartered Accountants.
