The responsibility of the UNIDO Office in Geneva is to link the UNIDO Secretariat work with the 17 UNIDO Member States covering UNIDO from Geneva, inform the Geneva Permanent Missions and Permanent Delegations about the work of the UNIDO Secretariat particularly in relation to Geneva-based International Organizations, and to strengthen the cooperation between the Secretariat of UNIDO and the Geneva based International Organizations.
