Program and resource management specialist with over 15 years of experience: 

• 13 years of experience in rural development, particularly in improving access to basic social services (water and sanitation, education, health), strengthening local governance and support for Internally Displaced Populations (IDPs) and IDP host communities;
• 10 years of experience in capacity building of local governance actors, development of training modules and adult education; 
• 05 years of experience in projects monitoring based-results 
• Proven experience in identifying, formulating, implementing and monitoring projects and programs to promote access to basic services
• Knowledge and understanding of donor procedures such as the EU, Swedish Cooperation, Swiss Cooperation, CFLI, etc.
