42 Years of professional experience in the formulation, design, planning and implementation of integrated, multi-component, development projects in developing countries at central government, regional government, local government and community level with emphasis on fostering Public/Private Partnerships, capacity building of local government authorities, review of public sector finance and local government tax system, decentralisation and civil society and community development and participation.
